Food Business Consultancy had to opportunity to work with Theo & Nick to turn their chicken take away into a char-coal chicken restaurant with a heavy Greek influence.
The boys had the chance to lease the shop next door and turn it into their restaurant. It worked from day one with a full restaurant ever since, and an even busier take away.
We helped with menu design, food costing, recipes, documentation of policies, equipment and small wares, training and food safety.
