Yardhouse Sydney was the total reinvention and refurbishment of a prime Sydney CBD hotel located at George Street at Haymarket in the heart of Sydney’s cinema/entertainment precinct.
Originating as the Paddy McGuire’s Irish Pub the Yardhouse Sydney took on a whole new dimension and significantly increased the numerous avenues of revenue associated with this prime location. We brought in a great young chef that worked with Gordon Ramsey in London and opened up a corporate lunch market that did not previously exist.
